Hey friends! I’m Austin Angel — Owner and Creator of Austin Angel Photography & Films.
My journey behind the lens started when I was just 14 years old. At the time, I dreamed of becoming a landscape photographer, traveling the world and capturing the beauty of nature. But God had other plans.
One Christmas, I received my very first camera. Soon after, my best friend asked me to take some fun portraits of her. I gave it a shot — and the response was incredible. Those photos got tons of love online, and that moment sparked something new in me. In 2017, I officially launched AAA Photography, and what began as a hobby quickly turned into a lifelong passion.
Fast forward to today — it's now 2025, and Austin Angel Photography & Films has grown into something beyond what I could have ever imagined. We’ve been honored with over 5,000 likes across our social platforms, and in 2019, I was incredibly grateful to be recognized with Knoxville’s 20 Under 20 Award presented by LMU — an award that celebrates young entrepreneurs making a difference in our community.
Over the past 9 years, we’ve had the privilege of capturing countless love stories, milestones, and magical moments. And we're just getting started — here's to the next 6 years and beyond!

Yes — We’re a Team!
At Austin Angel Photos + Films, we’re proud to have a growing team of talented, professionally trained photographers and videographers who share the same passion, creativity, and commitment to excellence as Austin himself.
As we continue to book weddings across Tennessee and around the world, Austin may not personally be at every single wedding — and that’s a good thing! It means we can serve more amazing couples without compromising on quality or care.
For example:
While Austin may be photographing a wedding in Nashville, one of our trusted teams might be capturing a stunning mountaintop ceremony in the Smoky Mountains — all with the same signature style and attention to detail.
Our team currently includes:
3 photographers who have worked closely with Austin for over 2 years
3 videographers with more than 2 years of experience under Austin’s direction
1 film photographer
6 dedicated wedding day assistants to help with everything from fluffing dresses to keeping the timeline on track and ensuring a smooth, stress-free day
You’ll never be left wondering who’s showing up on your wedding day.
Austin will personally inform you weeks in advance who will be on your team, and you’ll receive all the details you need to feel fully confident and cared for.

A Little More About Me
I’m incredibly blessed to be part of a family of four — my amazing mom, Cynthia, my awesome dad, Ronnie, and my twin sister, Abby. They've been my biggest supporters, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without their love and encouragement.
From a young age, I’ve always had a passion for creativity and the arts. What began with painting and art classes slowly evolved into a love for photography — a path I never expected, but one I now couldn’t imagine living without.
In 2020, I stepped into an intern role at Fairview Knox Church in Corryton, TN, serving as the Social Media Director. That opportunity opened even more doors, and before the year ended, I was invited to join the staff team as the Lead Communications and Social Media Director — a role I still proudly hold today. I’ve been a part of the Fairview family for nearly 17 years, and it’s been a constant source of growth and faith in my life.
I’m a strong believer in Jesus, and my prayer is that everyone would come to know Him personally, just as I have. My faith is the foundation of both my life and my business, and it’s what fuels my joy and purpose every single day.
Life is busy — but I’m beyond blessed.
